Will ÖÖD arrange for the permits for installation of the house?
ÖÖD representative will send the necessary drawings of the house, but the client must contact the local government or construction department. -
Will the house be transported in a complete form?
Depending on the location, ÖÖD will be transported either in a completed form (only glass is installed on the spot). If there is no access in the location for transportation, the house must be built on the site. -
Will ÖÖD establish the necessary infrastructure, communications, and landscaping (roads, water, sewerage, electricity, plots designing)?
ÖÖD is responsible for the production of hotel rooms. For infrastructure, communications, and landscaping, separate cooperation must be made with the best specialists in the field. -
Delivery time of ÖÖD?
The customer will be informed of delivery time according to the location and the amount of his or her order. -
Will ÖÖD arrange for the transportation?
The customer is responsible for transport. Upon agreement, ÖÖD can help to provide contacts. -
Is ÖÖD house suitable for a year-round use?
The ÖÖD hotel room is suitable for year-round use. -
Will ÖÖD organize the construction and installation of the foundation of the house?
The ÖÖD representative sends the necessary drawings of the foundation, but the client is responsible for finding the construction company and the construction and installation of foundation piles.
